drivers wont install

I have just one driver left to install it is the standard game port drivers. The error is as follows:
Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.
STANDARD GAME PORT
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

What dose this mean? ????? Help

Either disable the gameport in your BIOS, or disable it in Device Manager. It is not supported.
